Visa Process
University Acceptance
Receive offer from a Singapore Institute of Higher Learning (IHL)
Apply via SOLAR+
University submits Student Pass application on your behalf via ICA's SOLAR+ system
Medical & Documents
Complete medical examination, prepare passport, photos, financial proof, and admission letter
In-Principle Approval (IPA)
Receive IPA letter from ICA — required to enter Singapore
Arrival & Pass Issuance
Travel to Singapore, complete formalities at ICA, and collect your Student Pass
16 hrs/week during term for full-time university students; full-time during scheduled vacations; post-study work options under Employment Pass / Tech.Pass
